Registration and verification

Welcome to Clergy Support Trust's application system.


All applicants need to register and be verified before applying for a grant for the first time.  If you have received support from us using this application system (since January 2024), please return to the login page and enter your email address.


For new registrations:


You will need to upload evidence of your clergy status eg: stipend slip, pension statement to submit this form, you should have this to hand before starting this process. 


If you have recently been ordained, and have not yet received a stipend slip, please select 'other' document and upload a copy of your Title Post.


We need to verify you and your household, to ensure you are an eligible applicant.  Once we have verified you, we will send you an email to the address you have provided, inviting you to create an account. The grants and services that are available to your household in times of need, will be displayed on your personal portal page. Verifications take place during office hours and our average turn around time for verification is ten working days.  If we have any queries on the documents you have provided we will contact you by email within this timeframe.

The account will be listed in the name of the clergy person in your household, there will be an opportunity to register individual members of the household to apply in their own right later in the process. Please enter the email address used when you last applied. Please note, you must have access to this account as part of the verification process.
